Terms of Service

The agreement between you and eLanguage24 / YANG MARKETING when you buy or use a Korean Blueprint course.

1Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and eLanguage24 / YANG MARKETING (“Korean Blueprint”, “we”, “us”) for the use of koreanblueprint.com, secure.koreanblueprint.com, app.koreanblueprint.com and the courses sold there. By placing an order or using the platform you confirm that you are at least 18, that the payment method is yours or you are authorised to use it, and that you accept these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2Digital delivery and immediate access

Every product is a digital course delivered to a personal member account on app.koreanblueprint.com. Your login details are emailed to the address you enter at checkout and access is granted within minutes of payment. You expressly request that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that, once access has been granted, the product has been supplied. It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address and to check your spam folder; email us if the login has not arrived within one hour.

3Licence and acceptable use

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the course material for your own learning. You may not share your login, download, copy, record, translate or redistribute lessons, or resell any content. All videos, audio, texts, exercises and designs are the intellectual property of eLanguage24 / YANG MARKETING or its licensors. We may suspend or close accounts that share access or misuse the platform; no refund is due in that case.

4Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and charged in full at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe, which may offer saved-payment options such as Link. Prices include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Optional add-ons offered during or after checkout are separate charges and appear separately on your statement under undefined. We do not store your card details.

5Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please contact info@koreanblueprint.com before raising a dispute with your bank; disputes on delivered orders are contested with our delivery and access records.

6Results and content

Our courses teach Korean through structured lessons. Progress depends on your own practice; we do not guarantee a particular fluency level, exam result or timeframe. Testimonials describe individual experiences. We may update, replace or retire individual lessons to keep a course current; the course as a whole remains available for the access period you bought.

7Accounts, records and communications

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. We keep server-side records of account creation, logins and lesson activity to operate the service, personalise your learning and resolve billing questions. By purchasing you agree to receive transactional emails about your account and course; marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

8Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; short maintenance windows may occur. “Lifetime access” means for as long as Korean Blueprint operates the platform, which we commit to for at least 12 months after your purchase.

9Warranty and liability

The courses are provided as described. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10Changes, severability and entire agreement

We may update these terms for future purchases; the version in force when you ordered applies to that order. If any clause is found invalid, the remainder stays in effect. These terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between us for your purchase.

11Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent court in Eindhoven, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If you have a complaint, email info@koreanblueprint.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
